Paul John Peated Select Cask is a peated Indian single malt from John Distilleries in Goa. Crafted from local barley and selected peat, it is aged in American oak casks that previously held bourbon, then bottled at 55% ABV without added coloring. It offers an intense nose of smoke, honey, vanilla and earthy notes, a rich, complex palate combining peat, caramel and sweet spices, and a long, warming finish blending persistent smoke, toasted oak and subtle sweet aromas, embodying the boldness and character of peated Indian whiskies.
