Paul John Oloroso

Paul John Oloroso is an Indian single malt from John Distilleries in Goa, aged in Oloroso sherry casks after an initial maturation in American oak casks that previously held bourbon. It is bottled at 46% ABV without added coloring. It reveals a rich nose of dried fruits, honey, vanilla and sweet spices, a round, silky palate with notes of caramel, walnuts and raisins, and a long, warming finish blending candied fruits, sherry and oak nuances, offering a refined and elegant experience typically Indian.
