Paul John Nirvana

Paul John Nirvana is an unpeated Indian whisky from John Distilleries, located in Goa. Crafted from local six-row barley and aged in American oak casks that previously held bourbon, it is bottled at 40% ABV without added coloring. It reveals a soft nose of honey, vanilla, dried fruits and gingerbread, a round palate of honey, fresh fruits and delicate oak notes, and a medium finish blending vanilla, honey and a subtle touch of spices, offering an elegant balance typically Indian.
