Paul John Bold

Paul John Bold is a peated Indian single malt from John Distilleries in Goa. Crafted from local barley and peat imported from Islay and Aberdeen, it is aged in American oak casks that previously held bourbon, bottled at 46% ABV, uncolored and non chill-filtered. It reveals a smoky, spiced nose with notes of caramel, leather, honey and damp earth, a round palate blending smoke, salinity, caramel and earthy nuances, and a persistent finish on smoke, spices and wood, offering a rich, peated experience typically Indian.
