Calvados Boulard Grand Solage is an AOC calvados produced by Maison Boulard, located in the Pays d'Auge region of Normandy. Crafted from a blend of carefully selected cider apples, it is distilled in column stills then aged in oak casks, developing richness and complexity. It presents a fruity nose of ripe apple, pear and subtle floral notes, a round and elegant palate with flavors of apple, vanilla and sweet spices, and a long, warming finish where stewed fruits and oak notes shine through, embodying the traditional craftsmanship of Norman calvados.
