Grape varieties: 35% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 30% Pinot Meunier

Tasting notes : Pale gold color, fine and generous mousse. On the nose, aromas of white flowers, fresh fruit compote and brioche give the wine its elegance and finesse. On the palate, the aromas evolve towards notes of vanilla, white-fleshed fruits and gingerbread.

Food pairing: Brut is ideal for a stylish aperitif as well as for a long festive evening. During a meal, it will enhance the simplest dishes such as Parma ham with melon, or chicken with morels, and will elegantly highlight the dishes
