The Paul John Oloroso is an Indian single malt from the John Distilleries in Goa, aged in Oloroso sherry casks after an initial period in American oak bourbon barrels. It is bottled at 46% ABV with no added coloring. It reveals a rich nose of dried fruits, honey, vanilla, and sweet spices, a round and silky palate with notes of caramel, nuts, and raisins, and a long, warm finish where candied fruits, sherry, and woody nuances mingle, offering a refined and elegant Indian experience.
