Paul John Nirvana

The Paul John Nirvana is an unpeated Indian whisky from the John Distilleries in Goa. Made from six-row barley grown in India and matured in ex-bourbon American oak casks, it is bottled at 40% ABV with no added colouring. It reveals a sweet nose of honey, vanilla, dried fruit and gingerbread, a round palate of honey, fresh fruit and delicate woody notes, and a medium finish where vanilla, honey and a subtle hint of spice mingle, offering an elegant and typically Indian balance.
