Paul John Gras

The Paul John Bold is a peated Indian single malt from the John Distilleries in Goa. Made from local barley and peat imported from Islay and Aberdeen, it is aged in American oak bourbon casks, bottled at 46% ABV, without coloring and non-chill filtered. It reveals a smoky and spicy nose with notes of caramel, leather, honey, and damp earth, a round palate combining smoke, salinity, caramel, and earthy nuances, and a persistent finish of smoke, spices, and wood, offering a typically Indian peated and rich experience.
