Grape: Tempranillo & Graciano

Tasting notes: Intense, deep black cherry color, with practically no sign of evolution. Very expressive nose, revealing notes of licorice, cinnamon and black pepper, with a subtle touch from its long barrel aging, perfectly integrated thanks to its great complexity and its ripe, concentrated fruit. On the palate, the wine is fresh and easy to drink, with a beautiful structure and silky, well-integrated tannins. The long, persistent finish leaves delicate balsamic notes of great finesse.

Food pairing: This wine pairs well with ham, mild cheeses, mildly spiced stews, bean and legume dishes, poultry, red meat, grilled and roasted meats.
