Calvados Boulard Grand Solage

Calvados Boulard Grand Solage is an AOC Calvados produced by the Boulard house, located in Pays d'Auge in Normandy. Made from a blend of carefully selected cider apples, it is distilled in column stills then aged in oak barrels, developing richness and complexity. It presents a fruity nose of ripe apple, pear and subtle floral notes, a round and elegant palate with flavors of apple, vanilla and sweet spices, and a long and warm finish where stewed fruits and woody notes are expressed, embodying the traditional know-how of Norman Calvados.
